During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location and view. The hotel provided me with adequate security measures that made me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. I appreciated the honesty of the room service employee who kept my lost phone and personal items safe at the reception. Moreover, one male staff member, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service. Although responsible for luggage, he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and comfort.

Everything was fantastic, and I couldn't find any problems during my stay.

The location of the hotel is great with an amazing view. Security is good and some of the staff are helpful like the luggage guy. the standards of the hotel need reconsideration and the furniture in the room is poor. the breakfast is of low standard and facilities need maintenance.

The check-in staff were not friendly or prepared for our late check-in.
